5. Shipping & DeliveryOrders are processed within 1–3 business days.Delivery will be completed within up to 7 days, depending on location.Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

Replacement PolicyWe offer a Damaged Item Replacement Guarantee.An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or incorrect product.The video must be recorded clearly from start to end without cuts.Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.No returns or exchanges are allowed for size issues or personal preferences.
